Important note on the engagement
Our partner law firm represents the seller or brand owner, not the agency. That is why the seller engages the law firm themselves, online with the first order.
You can prepare the check: add products and go through the reviews. Your client places the order and engages the law firm.

Only the party the review concerns can place the order: the seller or brand owner. They engage our partner law firm themselves with their first order. You can prepare the check and discuss the cases with your client.
Do you offer terms for multiple brands?
Yes, we are happy to discuss this. Use the contact form to tell us how many brands and products you manage.
Who receives the invoice?
The seller who placed the order. The invoice is sent by email once a week and covers all reviews that were removed after being reported. It is payable by bank transfer within 7 days. If you need a different arrangement, let us know.
Do we need access to our clients’ Seller Central?
No. AMZDelete only needs the ASINs or product links. The tool reads the reviews on amazon.de, where they are publicly visible.
