How it works

Three steps, and you decide at each one

Nothing happens without your order. You see every review with the reasoning before the law firm takes it on.

1

Enter your listings

Enter an ASIN, product link or product name. We read the 1-star and 2-star reviews on amazon.de. No access to Seller Central is needed.

2

Select and place your order

You see all 1-star and 2-star reviews, flagged ones first. You can add any of them to your order, flagged or not. With your first order, you engage the law firm online.

3

The law firm takes over

The partner law firm checks each case from a legal standpoint. If it considers a removal request worthwhile, it reports the review to Amazon. You can follow the status in the dashboard. You are only billed after the removal.

Price per removed review by number of reviews per order

At most 5 × €129 = €645 plus VAT, only if all of them are removed.

You are only charged for reviews that are actually removed after being reported.

Simplified calculation, as if the removed reviews had 1 star. Amazon weights reviews itself, for example by how recent they are, so the average may differ slightly. The price applies per order: it depends on the number of reviews in the order and applies to each of them that is removed. Multiple orders are not added together. What we check

We look for the grounds Amazon accepts

Amazon does not delete a review just because it is negative or unfair. It takes a violation of the Community Guidelines or of applicable law. AMZDelete looks for these signs in every review:

  • Off-topic: rates shipping, packaging or Amazon’s service instead of the product
  • False statements of fact: untrue accusations such as fraud, expired goods or side effects
  • Insults and abusive criticism unrelated to the matter at hand
  • Fake or paid: identical wording, suspicious clusters
  • Competitors and prohibited content such as links or advertising

You know your product best. If there was no purchase or the statements about your product are wrong, simply approve the review yourself, even if it is not flagged. The law firm checks each case individually.

Law firm

The legal review is done by an attorney, not an algorithm

Having reviews removed is a legal service. That is why the check and the submission are handled under a separate engagement with our partner law firm.

  • You engage the law firm and grant power of attorney once, online
  • Submission through the reporting channels Amazon provides for this
  • Attorney confidentiality for everything the law firm receives under the engagement

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your question? Write to us using the contact form.

Does this put my Amazon account at risk?

Your seller account stays out of it: AMZDelete does not need access to Seller Central and only reads reviews that are publicly visible on amazon.de. The law firm submits the removal request through the reporting channels Amazon provides for this.

Which reviews can be removed?

Reviews that violate Amazon’s guidelines or applicable law: for example, if they only rate the shipping, make false statements of fact, contain insults or are not based on the reviewer’s own experience. Criticism of a real defect stays up. More on this in the guide.

What does it cost if a review is not removed?

Nothing. You are only charged for reviews that are actually removed after being reported.

Can I also include reviews that are not flagged in an order?

Yes. The flags are an automatic pre-sorting, not a limit. You can include any 1-star or 2-star review in an order, for example if there was no matching purchase or the statements about your product are wrong. The law firm checks each case individually. If it does not consider a removal request worthwhile, it does not take on the case, and it costs you nothing.

Do I see anything before I create an account?

Yes. After you enter the ASIN, a free quick preview shows the stars, the distribution and roughly how many 1-star or 2-star reviews there are. To check each individual review, you create a free account.

Who is my contract with?

With AMZDelete for the software and with the partner law firm for the legal review. You engage the law firm online with your first order. The law firm’s work is included in the price per removed review. Both are billed together through AMZDelete.

How long does it take until a review is gone?

That depends on Amazon. In the removal request, the law firm gives Amazon a deadline of 14 days. You can see the status of each case in the dashboard.

Which marketplaces are supported?

At launch, amazon.de. Only reviews posted on amazon.de are checked.
