The common pricing models
- Flat fee per review or case: You pay for the work, regardless of the outcome. This is predictable, but you also pay if Amazon does not remove the review.
- Hourly rate: The law firm bills for the time spent. This is common for individual legal advice.
- Payment only if successful: You only pay if the review is removed. The provider carries the risk, so it checks carefully in advance which cases have a chance of success.
What to watch out for
- What is included in the price? The check, the removal request and the follow-up with Amazon, or are there extra charges?
- When does a review count as removed? It should be clearly defined how success is measured.
- Who does the legal assessment? Legally assessing an individual case is a legal service. Under the German Legal Services Act, as a rule only attorneys may provide it.
- Is there a base fee or a subscription? This matters especially if you only have a few reviews.

All prices plus VAT. They include our technology and the work of the partner law firm. Checking your products is free, and there is no base fee. What counts is the number of reviews in each individual order; separate orders are not added together.
A review counts as removed if, after the partner law firm has reported it, it is no longer publicly accessible on amazon.de. We send one combined invoice per week by email, payable by bank transfer within 7 days.
Sample calculations
- 3 reviews submitted, 2 removed: 2 × €129 = €258 plus VAT. You pay nothing for the third.
- 82 reviews in one order, 60 removed: 60 × €109 = €6,540 plus VAT.

What costs you nothing
Checking your products, the flags on each review and repeat checks are free, even without an order. If the law firm does not take on a case because it does not consider a removal request worthwhile, or if Amazon refuses to remove the review, you pay nothing.

Is there a minimum order or a subscription?
No. You submit individual reviews whenever you want.
When will I receive an invoice?
Once a week, on Mondays, covering all reviews removed since the last invoice. Payable by bank transfer within 7 days.
Are the law firm’s fees included?
Yes. The law firm’s work costs you nothing extra. With your first order, you engage the law firm and sign the fee agreement online; at that point you also see the firm’s name.
